1.        Where are you located?

2.        Where can I find pricing on your wedding photography packages?

3.        Do you charge for travel?

I do not charge for travel within St. John’s metro area, Mt. Pearl, Paradise and CBS. Outside of those
areas is an extra charge of $.
45 a km.


4.        When will I receive my wedding proofs?

Your online proofs will be posted with in 14 days of the wedding.  
You will receive your proofs in an album with in 30 days of the wedding.
Digital Photo books can take up to 8 weeks.


5.        How long does it take for the wedding photos - enlargements to be processed and returned?

You will receive your enlargements in Approximately 14 days of ordering.


6.        I want a combination of both color and black/white for my wedding … is that possible?

Yes, it is possible. This is not a problem.


7.        I am having a late wedding ceremony … can we take photos of the bride and groom, bridal
party and family prior to the late afternoon or evening wedding ceremony without extra charges?

Yes. This is not a problem.


8.        Who keeps the wedding negatives and copyright?

I keep Negatives & Copyright. This is for quality Control so enlargements and reprints look their best.


9.        What type of equipment does your company use to photograph weddings?

  •        A Nikon D80 10.2 megapixel
  •        Two Nikon F80’s with Nikkor lenses
  •        Studio equipment including large Backdrops    


10.        How many proofs will I receive with Kings Photography?

You will receive a minimum of 160 5x7 proofs in an album.


11.        Will the wedding proofs be printed in Matte or Gloss?

Matte. Finger prints are more easily seen on glossy prints.


12.        Are the wedding proofs marked, stamped or do they have the copyright logo on the wedding
photos?

The proofs will have a small King's Photography copyright in the lower right hand corner.


13.        How long should I plan for the post wedding pictures - formals and group shots?

We like to have at least 2 hours. Just keep in mind the number people in your bridal party, family
members and locations you wish to visit, as you will have a reception to get to (on time).


14.        Should I make a list of my desired photos for the wedding photographer?

I do have a list that I go through but if you have a list of your own it will only ensure that we won’t
miss a photo you want.


15.        How can I reserve my date?

You can reserve your date by making a deposit of $100.


16.        When do we pay the final balance?

Final balance is due on or before the day of the wedding.

17.        What packages do you offer?

We do not have packages. We don’t think anyone really knows what they want before they see the        
proofs. You make your own package after you view your proofs. Please see our price list for prices of
enlargements.

18.        What will happen on the day of the wedding?

We will arrive at the bride's home approximately 2 hours prior to the start of the ceremony. We would
appreciate if the bride and bridal party, as well as any family who will be having photos taken at that
time, be dressed and ready so we do not waste any time. If time permits, we will photograph the groom
and groomsmen at the groom's home (or wherever he is getting ready) prior to the service as well. If
not, those photographs will be taken afterwards. Between the ceremony and reception, we will do all
bridal party shots, as well as family and formal bride and groom photos, and any other photos that you
wish to have taken.


19.         Are your prices guaranteed?

Yes. Whatever price you were quoted at the time of your booking is the price you will pay. We
guarantee enlargement prices for a year after your wedding. Please see our price list for further
information.


20.        Who does the booking of locations for photographs?

We can make suggestions for places to have your photos taken, but ultimately, it is the responsibility of
the client to do the booking if it is a private garden or location.
